Email verifying service, anybody knows it?

Hello guys, I need a service to verify email emails so they dont bouce or anything. In other words i need emails cleaning service, because i will be doing cold emailing. Please , let me know what would be the cheapest service you know for this. Thanks a lot!

Please be aware that the verification if a mailbox exists requires the cooperation of the receiving Mail Server. Yahoo and Hotmial don’t do it, GMail does.
