Can anyone explain what custom tokens are and its advantages in Jarvee?

But I can’t really understand what I could do with it. Like, do I use it to be more specific when scrapping rather than just having 1 condition? I’m trying to look somewhere else to see if there’s a basic explanation, but I haven’t found anything yet. If anyone has any pointers, I’d really appreciate it!
