Hi all, how are you? Well, I created this topic to retain information related to this type of error:
code 116 - page not found URL
WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
- It already happened (10/2019) when people was trying to follow/unfollow, and it was solved thanks to @Parliament that gave a way to solve it (by not following/unfollowing direct in the user profile, but inside a user picture instead).
- It also happened in the facebook side (09/2019)
- It is happening now (01/2020) in the contact tool, and it is not solved!
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
- The only thing that I know is because of the use of EB, because Jarvee support told me that with FAE (full api emulation) it would not happen (but I am not change to this because I got many problems with FAE).
HOW TO SOLVE?
- Maybe @DanielAdmin and Jarvee’s team could create an strategy to work around this problem with a similar approach that it was handled by @Parliament strategy in the follow/unfollow code 116 error.
