When trying to advertise or promote IG story I get this message
Post Cannot Be Promoted
Your story cannot be promoted because of its aspect ratio
Try promoting a story created with the Instagram camera
This story is an HD customer photo already used in a story post
Its looks the right resolution
I’ve even tried to resize in Inshot to proper dimension or 9:6
I still get same message.
I do not want to use Fb ads manager as i want the CTA to be my profile page
Please help Thank you
