It’s been more than a month since my fb and insta were disabled and after sending tons of appeals i still haven’t retrieved them unfortunately, now i have new accounts, i opened the IG account on my IG app i have an iphone, but i can’t openmy new Fb account on the FB app it’s always giving me error, i tried almost everything, is there any way that i can use my fb account on the app rather than opening safari, which is very annoying

Can you share a screenshot of the error you get on the app here?
Have you tried uninstalling the FB app, then reinstalling it?
if you can’t open that account from the app at all but you are able to do so from the same device safari browser then you should update the app or re-install it.
I have the latest version but still not working
Does it have to do something with thr ip address?
Did you create the new account on the app or on safari? I’m wondering if you can sign up for a new account on your FB app and if you can log in to another FB account that is not created using your home IP.

Had the same issue for months, The lethargic people never responded to the emails. Got it resolved through a media panel submission finally.

These are like Media portals access given to big and repueted PR agencies or Add firms. Most of these verification , Username claims, account retrieval requests are being done through them only.
