Facebook banned my personal account

hi guys i hope everyone doing well

My facebook personal account get banned with no reason, before they are banned it they ask me about upload picture of myself, i do that but after 24h facebook closed my account, i try to create new one account same thing happen, now i can’t create facebook account because of this problem, i try to contact them but never receive any response

Please if anyone face same problem let me know
Or anyone have any idea please let me know

change IP and browser you will be able to create a new account

I think facebook will now im using VPN
Did you think should i change my Ip address ( i mean contact company that provide me an internet and ask them to change my ip) also should i change my laptop?

So if you have a home router turn it off wait a few mins then back on.Check that the IP has changed. https://www.ip-adress.com/

Okay i will do also i will change the laptop that will be better
