My original Facebook and Instagram are disabled due so i opened a new one but i cannot use them through their app on iPhone it says like this :

Have you finished verifying the account via the email address you used? They send an email after you create a new account, right?
Yes i did and now i am using my new account but only through safari, i can’t open it from the app.
So, you can log in through browsers but not on the app? Maybe they’re updating their app, try to login again after few days.
or you can try logging in an old account see if you get the same error.
Is it possibly because they know my app and ip address that they’re blocking me to open the account from the app?
NO, I think it may be some other error. Try to reinstall` apps.

they seem to have blocked the IP or device for now you can either wait few days then try again or change those 2

Try the following fixes:
- Go to App store, and update your FB app if you have an older version
- Update your iOS version
- Restart you phone
- Try changing the IP by using another internet connection or WiFi.

Each device has its own IP.

Try opining it again after 3 to 4 days or a week. Hope you will be able to open it.

Are you using VPN? You said you have two devices, can you not log in to the account on both devices?
proxies would be your best choice or you can use a VPN for the meantime and see how it goes.
