Facebook Groups not syncing with Jarvee

Hi guys, i don’t know why, but its been 2hrs and my facebook groups didn’t sync with jarvee
Shows 0 groups, everything else synced

Its on my home proxy, it should worke fine?

I have two fb accounts and none of them synced

Go to the accounts tab, choose the account, and under actions choose sync.

Go to the dashboard tab and under the summary tab see what this account is doing - you should see that it is syncing. The sync process should take more than a few seconds…

I don’t know why my accs arent syncing, can you sync yours, try today
its been over 2 hrs

All my FB accounts synced today, with no problem. This is what it should look like. It took 5 minutes for a FB account with thousands of groups:

Something is wrong with mine, mine are not syncing

Make sure your accounts are not in night mode.

If it still doesn’t work, you should email support.
