Facebook Verification With Birth Certificate

I’m curious has anyone tried to verify there FB with a birth certificate. I’m about to try it but was wondering if someone else has so they can give me some advice…

Never thought of it. They also ask for another document, library ID for example or something similar, to upload along with birth certificate, right?

You can check FB standard for a governmental ID here https://www.facebook.com/help/159096464162185 but it says that you need one Governmental ID that has Your Name and Date of Birth or Your Name and Photo.

Well your birth certificate has your name and Date of Birth. If this is the case than it should be much easier to produce a Birth certificate vs a photo ID because there are no pictures to create. So I’m going to try this and see what happens. Will keep you posted but this might be a game changer

I did the verification but I did it with real documents :grinning:
They were documents but the pictures were pretty crappy and FB accepted them.
