Facebook's Group or Page, which one is better to create?

Hi guys, I have a question, I want to create a group or a page on the Facebook, which one I should choose if my goal is to make a group/page on which any follower/fb user would be able to post? I want users to post as much as they want to, but I don’t understand which (group or page) is better for this idea?

I’m doing it for non profit, simple as that - group/page for local people who’s selling beverage and food in a small town. I don’t even want them to actually be my followers, I just want that anyone who find it - will be able to post in it.

any thoughts?!

ps: I’m pretty novice into fb.

Facebook groups are better these days. Posts reach is way better.

I create both, as they serve different purposes.

Create a Facebook page around your website or brand, and create a group for your niche.

Yes, groups should be better for that purposes. It’s like I’ve noticed couple of local marketplaces where people are selling everything you can think about, only your group will be more specified.
