2 - Suggests the best times to post

I would like to check the most frequent times most of my competitors use to post, and I would also like to see what are the best times it suggests my account.

Follow them and turn on notifications when they post. You’ll need to login for that (with a dummy account). And note it down
There is no such thing as “best” times. Instagram doesn’t care about when you post but what you post and how fast you get engagement. Focus on increasing ER instead.
