Do you have plans on fixing this? or is Twitter marketing not a prioty by the software?
I am assuming since this is not automatically getting sync the software has no way of priotising the ones that are giving the most follow back/etc
“follow back ratio” column only shows values for Instagram accounts. It never works for twitter accounts, so there’s nothing to fix.

We do not have the Follow Back Ratio for Twitter since we only run it via the embedded browser and not on API. Twitter does not allow you to scroll that much that frequently so we cannot scrape all followers to update the FBR on the Sources tab. We appreciate your understanding on this.
They really never show the follow-back ratio for Twitter. It is how it is.
Unfortunately, the option is not working for Twitter social platform.
