Follow Bug on JV. Do you have this?

Today I have noticed something very weird. That I was only getting a few follows done on each account. Every account was getting blocked buy was no red error.

So, I watched it in Eb and saw an error. I noticed that instagram has taken the follow button off peoples posts and this is how jarvee follows people on specific sources it seems. So, when it gets to the post page and no follow button is present it says follow blocked when in fact its an error on Jarvees part.

I’m not sure if others are getting this. But it has definitely annoyed me today. Hopefully they will look into it asap. Ive contacted support.

I noticed it as well for 2 days and observed the same.

I use “Follow followers of target accounts” with scrapers + EB. So I usually get to peoples page where a Follow Button still exists. In this case the Follow works fine.

But for some reason Jarvee tries to “Follow from Explore Page” which leads to peoples posts and when this happens there is no Follow Button and I get this error:

“Autofollow … failed with 68 for …” for all my mains.

I couldn’t find a solution yet and I’m thinking about to use API to follow.

Mine still not fix yet… Did you see when it follow on EB? maybe you see you follow someone, that’s just suggested users instead?

it does work on my side as well, if you still have the issue you should contact JV support and send them your logs.

“Follow” seem to work fine again but now I have the same issue with “Unfollowing”

The bug is only EB ? or also API

I realize some accounts were okay … the follow, typing in the search bar looking for users… some accounts are looking users through posts which is a problem…

Do you use EB or API? Try switching between the two and see the results.

It only happens when the tool is using EB because IG removes the follow button from the post page. Following via API works fine.

The problem is EB is way safer for me than API. My accounts seem to have issues on API. They have been on EB only for months though and when I’ve tried switching chaos happens and they get PV and captcha. This is only off a few follows on api.

No idea what the api limits and delays are to want to try it on new accounts

they are both working fine at the moment I think JV fixed the issue for everyone, the change that IG did is what caused that issue.

Jarvee has included a fix on the next update since IG removed the option to follow/unfollow a user from a post page. Make sure you are on version 2.8.9.5

Anyone getting failed with 0 now instead of failed with 68 after the update? And what does “failed with 0” means if someone knows. Thanks.

can you share a screenshot of that error so that we can have a better look, also, make sure that your proxies are working fine
