Follow tracker app without login?

I was recently using an app to track who was following me back/unfollowing me etc but recently got a week long block and am now weary of using any 3rd party apps

Is there an app/website/tool similar to what I was using to help me keep track of f/uf manually WITHOUT actually logging in with my account?

I don’t think it’s possible to get those kind of information of an account without actually login to it by providing the username and password
