F45 has been doing free Gravity workouts (bodyweight, intense 45min) until May!

You just need to signup and each day there’s a new workout.
Sorry for bringing this up late LOL, but hey a few days of free workouts (a lot of people are sharing free workouts, but this one is cool if you ever been or wanted to do F45.)

Felt like puking a few times during today’s workout, some days are hella intense! Enjoy

LOL, right now is perfect time to get into it!

What do you mean with automating it? They’re Vimeo videos, new one each day.
Anyone know how to scrape private vimeo embeds, there must be a chrome extension :wink:

I meant, do workouts on auto or give a task to VA to watch them and do it for me. :joy:
