They were developed by a company called whitehatbox in Chongqing, China. They have developed many bad products, such as

pvacreator, jarvee pro and many other products. They mainly advertise on BHW and MP forums. If you don’t believe they are a scam, you can search for the keyword “whitehatbox scam ”on Google.
