Find other accounts that feature funny videos.
Do searches in Google for site:instagram.com -inurl:p/ funny videos and find the accounts that
Look at hashtags for variations on #funnyvideos and then look at the accounts posting the top rated.

look at the suggested accounts related to that one as well (next to the follow button)
