Google plus account all of a sudden don’t accept marketing offers on them. 
Someone else with this problem?

Even if you’re putting your CPA offers on your Google+ page you still want to get a high quality landing page and domain, or try to cloak the traffic (A lot harder IMO).
What is the problem with posting marketing link on Google plus?
Google Plus doesn’t want the spam either
You have to remember Gplus itself is also a platform that you can advertise in, and not merely a way to redirect your traffic. So you ought to treat it equally as you would any platform you’re “spamming”.
