I was selling an account today for around $50 so not much. This person messaged me wanting to buy, so me not paying attention. I said we should use a middle man, he offered to use a guy that I know as well. He is a popular middleman but what he did was use a fake account and create a name similar to the popular middleman. The account was a smaller one, so I wasn’t really focused, just wanted to get rid of it. He messaged me with the fake mm account and I sent the details and even the og email and login. Right after I sent the account, my brain started to work since I did the process when I was partially asleep. Before I could get back into the email or IG account, everything was changed. I was calm, fast forward a few hours later I eventually I came up with a plan and eventually got back the og email. Keep in mind, the person changed everything for the ogemail as well including recovery. Moral of the story, never do any transactions when you are half asleep. Anyways the scammer might even be here right now reading this. But good game. Just sharing the story.
haha, I also lost one account before, I just got back from the club, kinda drunk and went 10 minutes on laptop to check some messages, and guy told me he want’s me to send some kind of statistics (he was interested in buying account, and we spoke for few days already), like how much users are on the android and how much on ios, and he told me name of the app, I checked the app and it was paying one, so he sent me the link saying the new version is free for checking first 2 accounts, so I loged in on that page (page looked exactly the same like the real one) and he picked up my info and changed everything lol, I realized what I did 5 minutes later, but it was already too late haha, and Instagram support being idiots like usual didn’t bring me account back. I had og but couldn’t get it back, they asked me for some crazy questions like from what device did I create account and shit like that, and account was 5 years old, and I also bought it from some guy
You could have get it back. I believe, if I could get back my email from google, I believe it would be possible for you to get back your account from IG.
No, they don’t care if you have og email, and you can’t restart pw or anyting with og email, in my case nothing helped
really, I heard a lot of people recover with ogemail. Give me the email and I will help recover.
If you have the original email that account was created with you can get the account back without any problem. 
This is the reason i was never interested in buying IG with lots of followers.
Even if you change the email 10 times they will be able to get it back with the original email.
Yup, I gave away my ogemail today when I got scammed. I thought I was done and I ended up getting back into my og email lol, funny stuff. I don’t think I will be purchasing accounts so easy these days.
