I signed up for an account and received and email asking for address verification, such as copy of my bank statement or utilities, is this legit?
I’ve used them since forever and never gotten such an email. This is their correct website: https://greencloudvps.com , maybe you have VPN turned on so your payment seems suspicious? if not, then write them a support ticket asking if that email is legit.
I’ve gotten this each month too. Call the bank and tell them to remember it. Eventually they stopped flagging it but you have to yell at the security people.
