Many of my friends are using Jarvee for one account with a spare computer (old notebook) with no issues.
Better try to learn Jarvee with a test account first if you are not familiar with it.
Also better to run Jarvee on a time frame where you are not also using the account on your phone.
“Safe” is a complex question, you need to know what you are doing, start to warm up the account slowly and keep your settings safe (less than 200 follows / day, less than 6000 follows a month). There´s always some risk when doing automation, specially on your own account, even more since the start of june when IG introduced lots of new limits and rules to detect and punish automation. So you need to do your homework and read lots of topics on the forum.
