I am trying to grow a network of NSFW telegram channels and am wondering if any one has any good tips?
I have seen a few around with 100k + subs and am interested to know how they got there.

I thought telegram does not allow “adult” groups like that?
Do they not get taken down?
generally ok as long as theres nothing illegal in there, i tend to just run channels which no one else is allowed to post into and find ways to automate the traffic, runs quite similar to a micro blogging platform like tumblr or twitter
