Is this some existing business that already has some fan base? Do you have a facebook page?

Form a local mom’s group… assuming the admin of the group is a woman and a mother… freind and invite other local moms into the group, ask questions about local events, places, favorites… get others to share information…
It grows from there… it’s not easy and not everything can or should be automated… content is king…
