If you are using MP then no, IPV6 proxies are not supported.
What you mean by mp ?
IPv6 DC proxies can work on Twitter. Use 1 proxy per account if you want to be safe.

Yes, IPv6 work for Twitter - depending on your proxy provider 
He definitely doesn’t know about twitter. Twitter not accept ipv4
