When you post youtube links on FB, you get a small preview:

You can get large previews, that look much better
and will get more people to click on your link,
since they get more attention on the FB newsfeed:

@benny Thanks for the amazing tip as always, I wonder if there’s a way to show a preview just like that ( look as real as possible ) but when the user clicks, he gets redirected to your website instead of Youtube.

I think it should be easy:

  1. Use the tool to make a post (on a secret testing group) with the large preview.
  2. Make a screenshot of the large preview, as it has the play button on it, so the screenshot will look real.
  3. Save the screenshot as JPG.
  4. Use the JPG and make a clickable post that redirects to your website.

When you click the video doest it take you directly to youtube?
