[GUIDE] [How-To] Unlimited Bio/URL Links + Short Term VS Long Term Strategy

Hi guys, wanted to drop this little strategy here. To a lot of us it’s common sense but to others it might not be.

This is a diagram comparing what most people do (see: short term) and what they really should be doing (see: long term).

Short Term Pro’s:
-You get to monetize faster (maybe)

Short Term Con’s:
-You loose that person for ever
-Have to start over every day
-Harder to get unique bio links and landing pages

Long Term Pro’s:
-You collect people’s email to market to them over and over again.
-Easier to get unique bio links and landing pages

Long Term Con’s:
-It takes longer to monetize (maybe, not really)

Why is it easier to get unique bio links and landing pages when collecting emails?

Since your first goal is to collect emails and not sending people to a landing page or cpa offer, we can use a bunch of other free services that automatically generate landing pages for you.

Example: getdrip.com , they let you sign up for free and create email list to collect emails. You can create unlimited sign up forms. Each form gets a landing page (see below) and a unique URL. You can also choose to redirect to another URL after submission, so you can collect the email and send them to your CPA offer or whatever right away.

Make sure to turn off confirmation so they dont have to go verify their email, or leave it on if you want.

SEMI-IMPORTANT TIP
You might want to use a service that doesn’t require double-optin, but this is up to you really. Double-Opting will lower your conversions but it will create a higher quality list.

Double Optin = when the user has to go to their email and confirm it before they can continue.

Sample Funnel

  1. Depending on the email service you use you might be limited with the form design. So you might want to create a quick landing page to make it more legit. You can use google sites and just insert an image and link the image to the form URL. Example

  1. Send to the sign up form page. You can send people straight here from your social media profile or through a landing page like the step before this one.

  1. Use the redirect setting to then send them to some sort of offer. By using this feature, it hides your offer URL so you dont have to worry about linking to the same landing page over and over again.

  1. This is a sample offer:

Conclusion:

When your original strategy/intentions are to collect and build an email list not only it will make you more money on the lung run but it will also make it easier to create landing pages and unique bio URLs.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Cheers.

This is great guide, thanks for sharing.

For landing pages to collect emails I recommend using Thrive Leads, it costs a little but its super-fast to set up landers and collect emails + connect to most popular email services.

Hi, Question, What do you think If using lifetime package SSAS page builder such as landingpagemonkey.com, profitcanvas.com, iglooapp.com (just to name a few), are they safe enough as they will create unique link but same main domain. Are they okay to use if the page is totally different? Are they have authority such as clickfunnel or instasuite?

I am currently using bit.ly -> landingpagemonkey but for now, it is safe for my 20 account. (1 account ban but I don’t know the real reason)

Any idea?

I’ve heard a lot of great things about them, I usually just use the “X theme”, it has a pretty bad as page builder as a part of the theme and it comes with a lot of extensions. I’ve been building sites for 10+ years and this has been by far the easiest method for me.

If im not wrong Thrive does basically the same thing.

Thrive has themes and plugins. The Thrive leads plugin can be used to make pop ups, forms etc which can display based on what the user is doing, how long he is reading, if he has the intention to leave the site etc. The plugin can also be used with all themes. It integrates very nice with a lot of email list providers.

Thrive leads can be downloaded also, if you want to try if first for free before buying

If the root domain has a lot of authority (it’s used a lot) I think you should be fine. Just make sure there is no footprint in the URL. Sometimes sites add your username in the URL which it’s an obvious footprint but as long as the full url is random and from an authority site you should be good.

What I do sometimes is just search on google how many people use a specific URL on their profile, example:

Google “site:clika.pe” = 3,700 results - So whole site is not huge (but might be big enough to fly under the radar)

Now let’s look inside of instagram

site:instagram.com clika.pe = 1,000 results - So there is about a thousand people using landingpagemonkey.com in Instagram. Which again, it might be big enough to fly under the radar.

Now let’s compare to some popular sites:

site:instagram.com goo.gl = 319,000 results

site:instagram.com youtube.com = 10,300,000 results

site:https://www.instagram.com/ facebook.com = 26,700,000 results

site:www.instagram.com leadpages.net = 712 results (i thought it would be more, maybe a lot of people use their own domain)

site:instagram.com clickfunnels.com = 488 results (WOW, did not expect that, i guess same as leadpages)

site:instagram.com wordpress.com = 482,000 results

site:instagram.com plus.google.com = 25,700 results

site:instagram.com bit.ly = 1,140,000 results

site:instagram.com linktr.ee = 11,700 results

That’s a way to gauge if you’re blending in, or if you’re one of the only one’s using it, aka leaving an obvious footprint.

Yea X theme does all of that too. The theme comes with a bunch of free plugins, one of them is https://www.convertplug.com/ which can do all that about forms/behavioral triggers/etc.

But yea, both tools will get you there.

I hope people dont miss the point that using the email methods will cut the need to make many landing pages, which is the real win.

I am already doing the same. I create opt-in forms on own Wordpress websites. Every account has its own website. But it’s a lot of work. I use free and cheap domains.

I am surprised by these numbers;

site:www.instagram.com leadpages.net = 712 results
site:instagram.com clickfunnels.com = 488 results

If these numbers are really true, then you can as well create your own leadpages/clickfunnels if you need links on 1000 IG bio’s.

The problem with these numbers from Google is that you cannot be sure that all IG profiles are indexed. If they indexed half these numbers can be double.

Yes, that sounds about the same. I like how clean the landing pages are which is very important for mobile traffic.
I dont want to sound like I advertise them but they make the lander creation process very very simple check their videos maybe I can save you some time if you looking to try something new. I also have 10+ webdev experience and this made my days so much easier to quickly deploy new landers along with Duplicator plugin to quickly clone fully functional websites on other domains.

How do you take care of hosting?

I use Wordpress multi site with the WordPress MU Domain Mapping plugin. That way you can host almost unlimited domains on 1 Wordpress install. To hide that all domains are hosted on the same IP I use Cloudflare.

ahhhhhhhh, Cloudflare, forgot about them.

Typical SEO setup, not sure why i didnt think about it.

Specially when I’ve been working with WPMU and CF for the past 3+ years haha

Shame on me… lol

But yea, makes sense, a lot of guys use CF to hide their PBNs IP.

Thanks. Learn something new today. I think it should be safe. Should do some testing.

Edit: is it possible they are putting link shorterner first such as bit.ly or goo.gl before directing to the landing page? Thats why not index in google?

That could def be a reason.
