Currently experiencing an issue where a friend lost access to their personal instagram account (account 1) after a password change to a different account (account 2) also connected to their phone.
How is this even possible?
If so, how did you gets resolve this?

What happens when he tries to login to that account?
Unable to log into personal account. I cannot see the screen itself, it is a claim. I don’t believe this is even possible but wanted to see if anyone else heard of anything like this.
Have you tried uninstalling the app, updating your phone, then reinstalling the app and any updates before trying to log back in?
