I have had my IG account since 2013. I never use jarvee or any bot. What’s more, I invest in IG Ads. I have it linked to my FB, I never did follow / unfollow. And at the most I give 25 likes per day. I tried the automatic likes, and then in IG I received the notification of Action Blocked for 24 hours. How can it be? I read and it is generally when one performs actions in a very aggressive way, which is not my case. And neither should be the likes cuz never enter my password therefore my account is not allowing third-party access. If so, anyone could for a few dollars derive likes from their competition to blocked them. it does not make sense. Someone who can give me a solution?
Try not liking anything for 2 days to give your account time to rest after the 24 hour action block has expired. Then try liking again and see if it continues to happen.
Definitely strange if you truly are doing as little liking or following as you say.

But what about pay for get likes? They dont ask for your password. It doesnt make sense if something you dont even log in to permit access can affect you. Cuz anyone for a few dollars can get you blocked or banned?

To get likes. But never log in, password isnt required, just username. And thats my point, if the problem was that, it doesnt make sense. Cuz I can get my competition or anyone block just for 10 ten dollars by only put his username?

I used Stormlikes since a year but only in some post. Three days ago I suscribe for the monthly automatic likes per post. But is just receive. Never put my password. Only username. My account have 6/7 years, and I never do agressive actions. But cannot be coincidence. My point here is, if that was the problem ir dont have logic cuz they dont required my password (Most of these service dont required) so if you want to block a user you just pay ten dollars and send him likes? On a SOCIAL media app. Is crazy

Well, I sent some likes to one of my accounts from the website. This account can like. We will see if it affects it.
There are a few reasons why this might all be happening.

Sure, you only used your username, but they can send you a link that you’ll click and they can hook you and crack your password. This is not really all that likely.

You receiving likes shouldn’t be a problem with anything except reach. Fake likes generally tend to reduce reach. This is also not very likely.

Instagram is trying to cut down on fake likes. There is a discussion about the issue. They use machine learning to find botted accounts. They probably snagged you since you are liking quickly.
Aside from what @ian said, I would try a few things.
First, change your password. This will make sure your account is secure and no one is secretly using your account to send likes.
Try changing IP’s. Put your phone in airplane mode and take it out of it. Also, try it on WiFi instead of mobile data both at home or in an office.
If those things don’t work, don’t worry, it’s likely to be temporary and will go away in a month or so.
If not, then it’s IG cracking down super hard and they will never let it come back.
There are many methods to growing accounts, and like bursting is one of the ones that is dying off.

Thanks for your time! They send me a link to verified my email but was on other email, not the one that is conected to my IG. And when I see the post that I ve liked on IG it was me
It doesn’t matter what email you used, any link can be malicious. I would recommend running Malwarebytes on whatever PC you used.
