Has anyone else run into this issue before with FB?
I’m not able to get into my personal Facebook profile. When I try to login it says it’s sending a code but I never receive one.
I have access to both the number and the email.
The code just isn’t being sent from FB it seems. I’ve been trying for 2 days and I can’t run my ads because of it.
I tried doing what people online suggested but still no luck. I don’t even have the option to verify any other way.
Let me know if anyone can help!

Check spam, junk, and filtered email folders, confirm the correct phone number and email are attached to Facebook, ask your carrier whether Facebook or short-code SMS is blocked, then stop requesting new codes for a while because repeated requests can delay delivery or trigger a temporary throttle; retry Facebook recovery from a familiar device and browser, select “try another method” if offered, and use Facebook’s official hacked or login-help recovery form with identity verification if no method works.
The familiar-device step matters because Facebook may recognize an existing session or usual login environment and show additional recovery options.
