Hi guys, im new to twitter and i saw that if someone wants to send me a DM, i need to follow the user first.
Is there any way to follow people who liked/commented my tweets? Like an automated way which i can copy to all accounts. Im a bit lost

Every average bot should be able to do this. You can also scrape all interacting users and do it manually. Your choice
Thanks for your answers but that does not help These are the options for Twitter. But what im looking for is something like: “Follow Active users” and in the source input “#myusername”, so i can copy this to all of my accounts.
