Help Installing & Setting Up Hetzner

I have been using Hetzner for a few years without any issues.

Today when I logged in to the VPN I received an error saying no internet connection.

Can anyone please help with this?

  1. Disconnect the Hetzner VPN and check whether the same website loads. If it still fails, the underlying internet connection needs checking first.
  2. Reconnect the VPN and check again. If it fails only while connected, what VPN client, device/OS, and protocol are you using?
