Help me list all actions that might lower an account trust score

You shouldn’t be listing anything you haven’t seen by yourself at scale.

Cannot agree more. So its still all maybe in this case.

How do we scale or at least get an impression on our trust score? Like you said if you are shadowbanned and see it with a non following account. Or with business account insights. But still its just guessing as we never have the real insights on IG.

writing bad comments, curse words
getting reported often (if again, spamming DMs/comments)

ACs
hardblocks
inauthentic activity notification
changing device very often
changing location very often (imo)
simultaneous activity from two different locations/two different devices
abusing daily limits “quote on quote 6k/30 theory”
inactivity (not being active - uploading wall posts/stories)
poor warmup via software
abusing blackhat strategies (excluding F/UF, since this is lvl1 thread cant name them)
buying followers/likes
super low ER

Some of these are so abstract that it ends up not being very insightful.

Reposting content doesn’t lead to low trust score or bans. What gets you banned is being tone deaf about creators who don’t want you reposting their content, who end up having to report your content.

Same thing goes for bad comments, and you end summing it up with “being reported”.

Changing device or changing location/proxy doesn’t lower your trust score. It just messes with their security, who wants to make sure you’re not getting hacked.
This doesn’t lead to lower trust score.

They also don’t care if two people are using the same account, from different locations. I’ve been doing it forever with clients.

Not being active also doesn’t lower your trust score.
This one doesn’t even make much sense.

Buying followers leads to bad ER, but bad ER doesn’t necessarily lead to bad trust score.

To me it seems that different people have different definitions of the trust score.
For some of you it means how likely to be banned, others seem to look at it as the ER.

I’d argue that if you aren’t being shown to non-followers then that shows they don’t trust you.
It’s how most platforms deal with NSFW content and shadowbanning spammers.

it depends what other actions you do and if you follow the account or not. This alone does not even touch account trust score. The account as a whole does.

I can only say one thing. Experiencing this on some of my own testing accounts. As we are facing new times. DO NOT unfollow too many ghostfollowers or followers in general at once and fast. Spread the unfollowing out and be patient. It will definately hurt your trust score. ER will drop badly. I learned it the hard way.
