Help with jarve e-mail

Hi. I have a question. Do anyone knows how to collect emails by jarve? Is that possibile? Or can you tell my about some program to scrapping?

You can use the scrape tools to get users emails and other data as well.

OMG. I cant do this. I check ‘extract max 100 users’ to check how its works and 'add intermeditary delays when scraping between 0 and 1 seconds" and an hour Has passed and nothing happend. Plz help!
