Mailing contact@mpsocial.com might be able to help you, though a good reason would help with that, I imagine. Besides that, you could change your Email and be done with it if you don’t want to receive any accidental reminders/mentions/replies.
A bit off-topic:
Even under the GDPR you don’t have a right of deletion for an user account. A platform operator simply can choose to pseudonymize your profile (change the Username, strip the related info from your bio, remove anything identifying)
Your posts should be exempt from deletion under Art 17
