I am planning to hire a virtual assistant to help run a few of my instagram pages. What is the best / risk-free way to do this?
I have scraped 1000*s of content i need them to repost, along with captions and just need them to schedule the content and keep up with comments where they can.
I use to use the MP auto repost tool back in 2008 to 2020 which actually help me build so many pages effortlessly, but i pulled the plug when the wave of blocks came in.
Give the VA separate, limited access to only the Instagram pages they’ll handle, with publishing and comment permissions but no owner login, admin access, or billing controls. Start with one page and a small queue of approved images, captions, target page, and posting times. Have them schedule that batch, then check each published post for the right account, asset, caption, and timing before adding more pages. For comments, give them approved replies for routine questions; complaints, private information, and anything they’re unsure how to answer should go to you. This reduces mistakes, but no delegation setup is risk-free.
