How can I create a highlight on my profile?

Hey guys is there an instruction for Story > Highlight?

I want to add some Highlight to get the accounts more real

Under Global Tools it doenst work maybe someone can explain a little bit.

Post a story > head over to Global Tools > Select the profile and then the story > Add selected stories to Highlight
There you will be able to either select a highlight or create a new one.
