People have been asking me for shoutouts much more lately. The only issue is that they don’t want to pay. Does anyone here know how I can respectfully decline and possibly get them to buy?
P.S. I’m not looking for a spoonfeed, just guidance or possibly a book that could help me learn about this.
What I usually reply is smth like this:
" Dear xxx thanks for contacting me, I really appreciate it.
I run this account as a business and providing shoutouts is among the services I offer! You can well understand that I can’t afford to give any shout out away for free, since it would be not ideal for my other clients. If you are interested in knowing my rates, just let me know, I would be more than happy to work with you! "
Been answering like this for months with good results so far

I don’t usually, but I was thinking that I could possibly convert them into payers with some work 
It actually is a good reasoning. Sometimes I manage to turn them into clients. At the end of the day it’s just copypasting the same message lol
add a story saying that you dont do free shoutouts
That seems like a good idea, but people don’t listen
