Hi everyone, I’m having problems setting up some scrape accounts, in the pics below you can see what settings I have checked and which haven’t. Unfortunately after having inserted the sources in the “follow sources” tab and starting the follow tool as you can see in the last picture I still don’t have any results on the extraction table (this operation was done almost 24hrs ago)… how can I solve this issue? Does anyone know of a guide for setting an account up correctly?

I usually experience this problem when I have quite narrow filter settings. I troubleshoot it by turning off all the filter settings and let the scraping run for 10 minutes. If users are extracted within that frame, it means that there was a problem with your filters. If no usere are extracted, you will need to check account and general settings. Make sure that you are scraping through the API, as I think the EB can’t scrape.
Also, you don’t need sleep times if you are only scraping with the account. I never use them and have never experienced any issues
