How i can scrape all posts(in millions) from single Hashtag?

I want a tool or a service which can scrape all hashtags posts from one hashtag.

For exmaple #cats. it has 112 million posts.

I only need Hashatgs posts username and hashatg post id/url.

Is there any service that provides such capability.?

There are services but it won’t be cheap. Don’t know any programs that are actually good.

@ggncool used to sell sources. Not sure if he still does.

Well you can try something like ScrapeSocial but scraping the full 112million posts is most probably impossible, the further you go back in time the harder it gets , which is something instagram limits by design .
