Some people rest accounts from following to unfollow on the days off.
Most real people are addicted to IG so don’t take days off.

Personally im using “looose’’ minutes between operations eg. 25/65 - and “looose” y stop minutes after x “looose” operations eg. stop from 10/60 minutes after 5/30 operations.
Stop 1 random day only for follow, so i keep ahead with unfollow.
Personally I dont use stop x minutes after y actions performed, i ve the feeling of leaving some footprint on the table. Though thats a personal opinion.

I only rest my accounts when they get follow blocks or when they cross 100k mark.
I had accounts boting non-stop from 0-100k and they are working just fine.

Really depends on how important the accounts are to you…
If you can afford to lose them run 7 days a week - if its a big account over 30k I would run 5 days a week with human hours
same here 
but I’m not going to pay the money to switch to Jarvee quite yet!
I am currently also using another bot cuz it’s cheaper, but will switch to jarvee very very soon, just saves so much time and struggle…
The more expensive price is definetly worth it lol
Jarvee is very quickly profitable, big gain in time and opportunities
