For Instagram:

Between 1 - 30 accounts:

         - 2 Cores CPU 

         - 4 GB Ram 

         - SSD Hard drive.

Between 30 - 70 accounts:

         - 4 Cores CPU 

         - 6 Gb Ram 

         - SSD Hard drive.

Up to 70 - 150 accounts:

         - 6 Cores CPU 

         - 8 Gb Ram 

         - SSD Hard drive.

Up to 150 - 250 accounts:

         - 8 Cores CPU 

         - 12 Gb Ram 

         - SSD Hard drive.

For the other Social Networks:

Between 1 - 30 accounts:

         - 4 Cores CPU 

         - 8 GB Ram 

         - SSD Hard drive.

Between 30 - 70 accounts:

between 150-200 MB per account per day.

I used to use proxies with bandwidth, If your question is how much data per accounts spend?
With normal setting, 1GB can use for 5-7 days.
