I see a lot of people on threads that have problems of giving up to easly and not get the result they want but in another part there is people that work very hard but struggle after 8/9months of work they still have no result
Do you think that everyone struggle a lot in the beginning (like the first 2 years) or it’s just about something else especially when you are young 18-20 yrs old

I think it all depends on “how much” you’re into this stuff - - - - Like in any other stuff - - - - If you don’t drill enough, especially on a pretty hard process, you don’t get rewarded back.

Yes but don’t you think that hard work itself is not enough to succeed ? Also how much did it takes you to succeed ?

It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"O people, fear Allah and be moderate in seeking a living, for no soul will die until it has received all its provision, even if it is slow in coming. So fear Allah and be moderate in seeking provision; take that which is permissible and leave that which is forbidden. "
you have a pending balance that you’ll not die before taking it all , why we work ? we work beceause allah ordered us to do it and he’ll reward us for it , so always remember that you’re working beceause your creator told you to to work and remember thaese words :" God loves you if you do a job to master it " Prophet muhammad .
just try to do your best , your hands should be working and your heart should be depending on allah .
that’s how i started and i got my results in no time , not beceause of my work , it’s beceause i believed in theses words

I heard Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: “If you all depend on Allah with due reliance, He would certainly give you provision as He gives it to birds who go forth hungry in the morning and return with full belly at dusk”.
so all you need to do is to make your body tired not your heart 
Love your advice brother , but to be fair there is also some other factors that i can’t determine all of them some like laziness, mentality,mood of the person , massive intelligent action , how the personn organize her work , the determination …
Those who find success really early are not many i saw a guy on youtube and even a thread on bhw talking very good about this subject the fact that even the hars worker struggle a lot in the first 2/3 years then get results but what i want to know is if there is some people that suceeded even after having 0 result from IM for many years ?
I would love if anyone seeing this thread talk a little bit about his IM journey especially how it was in the 2/3 first years
