I make money by doing shoutouts and collaborating with clinics.

Since it’s a specific niche i would suggest rather than placing it up for sale, reach out to clinics and offer to sell it to them as they are your best possible customer, or if not sign a contract of some sort where you sell it to them and continue managing it but under their ownership where they can promote as much as they want.
I believe account has great potential other than promos, since it’s a specific niche, I’d recommend looking for affiliate program within the niche.
If you still plan to sell rather than monetize and get passive income, then I’d say account would go for about 2.5k-6k depending on USA %, if you were to find a clinic to buy, you can get a solid 5k+
