How to download highlights in bulk?

I want to download highlights of a public account. They have put lot of highlights (mainly videos). I searched on Google but all tools make you click on download button for single image/video in highlights. It will be time consuming.
Any workaround?

I use a Google chrome extension called IG Stories for Instagram™ https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ig-stories-for-instagram/nilbfjdbacfdodpbdondbbkmoigehodg?hl=en it lets me download all images/videos in a hightlight with just one click. The images/videos will be be downloaded as a zip file.
