I’m using AT&T high-speed internet 100mbps I’m currently getting 30mbps+ upload. I’ve used numerous devices on different networks, it post then it’s gone. Like literally as if it never posted, it’s not showing on my profile as well.

Too many actions. Your entire account is blocked. I’ve had this happen before from too many likes. Let the account sit 2-3 days. Literally do not even try to use it at all, or even open the page/app.
Are you sure that you are running the official app? The normal IG app should not give you a JSON response…
Yes the official app. Instagram just totally disabled my whole account. Thank you guys!
