How can you tell the difference between permanent ban or normal?
I’ve seen people recovering instagram after dozens of appeals, sometimes more than a year, is there a way to know if it’s permanent or temporary?
Thanks

There is no such thing as permament ban, even if facebook employee used words “permament ban” in their email response.
Always keep that in mind. A true Permanent ban would be an account deletion, which would also free up the username in the process. That doesn’t happen. All accounts are recoverable, just a matter of who has the authorization based on the offense & who’s willing to do it
you just have to keep appealing millions of times until their emails are full and they have to give you your account back on a serious note there isn’t a permanent ban only a temporary block but that temporary could be forever if you don’t appeal or they don’t believe you are the account owner or something.
