How to open a second PayPal business account?

I am under 18 so legally I cant have a PayPal account, but they are not asking for your ID and your other information under $2500 income total. I am almost above it, so I would like to create another account and link it to another store before they send me a message.
I have ordered another card what I can use, and I think it is not a problem if I use my real name again since it is not that unique.
My question would be: how to open a new PayPal account? I mean what proxy should I use, whats about cookies, Useragent etc?

Maybe its not that complicated, but I would like to be sure I do it right. Thanks for your help guys!

Could you have a personal one and a business one maybe? also congrats on starting young.
