Ask good questions
Include details including settings and any troubleshooting you’ve done.
Have you analyzed the variables?
Have you recently made changes to settings?
Have you checked to make sure you have the run timers set properly/night mode not engaged?
Have you tried leaving your PC on (if it’s running on a PC or MAC)
Have you tried…turning it off and turning it back on again?

Ha! I love this one! When I was a computer tech, the amount of times I solved the problem by restarting their computer was very high.
The rest would bring me their computer, I turn it on, and its perfectly fine (Likely because it was the first time they turned off the computer)
