How to respond to client's request?

I manage personal IG account for wannabe model. She just asked me not to like pictures or follow certain types of accounts, like nudity.
Her request is definitely reasonable, but I don’t know how to respond.

MP is set to follow/like followers of fashion magazines, models, outfit shops… There will always be some unwanted accounts among them and I don’t think there is a solution for her request.

What would you tell her?

Tell her that you can’t verify all the accounts… it would take for ever… you follow based on the profile picture

Also, I suggest you to create a good black list of words that all those account have in commun.
