How to run an ad to recruit perspective employees?

Hey guys,

I need some major help. A client is asking me to run a facebook ad to find perspective employees for their company. Can anyone please help? I’m not sure how to properly run this type of campaign.

Not sure if this could be done, but take the emails from current employees and make a similar audience from them. You would have to upload the addys to FB, and then you should be able to make a similar audience based off those emails.

If that doesn’t work, use audience insights on their competitors to build an avatar and run ads to that avatar.

I am so not an expert on ad type, whatever you do, make sure you capture their contact info !!!

I have ran the direct application ads on fb they work well avg £2 cost per application you can also use Jarvere to engage with people on job groups on fb
